No, the prices listed in the description of each type of Arty Party include the activity, the workshop, the space and the materials.
The snack, the cake and the tableware can be eaten directly by you or you can contract one of the suppliers with whom we usually work. If you wish, we can contact you for a personalized quote for this service.

Yes of course! initially we offer 2 or 3 hours as a standard, but the time can be adjusted to suit your needs. The price will increase based on the request.

We will send you the agenda of your party in the confirmation email, with the hours adapted to the actual time it will be held and the agreements we have reached.
To give you an idea of the 2h party, I leave you this example:

When they are 3-hour parties that include use of the Toy Library, the final part of the party takes place in Las Casitas de Mama Kanguro, that is, after the cake and snack they go up to play in the Toy Library.

Hay tres variables importantes: 1) la edad de los niñes 2) Restricciones covid. y 3)El tamaño del Atelier
1)Si los niños son menores de 4 años siempre deberá estar UN padre/madre presente durante todo el taller junto al peque. Si son mayores es posible se queden a cargo vuestro durante la fiesta.
Importante es que en ningún caso nos quedamos solos con el grupo, siempre debe estar presente la familia anfitriona durante todo el evento.
2) Sobre el covid, en caso de querer invitar a los adultos nos guiaremos por la norma vigente en cuanto aforo. Considera que si la fiesta es en nuestro Atelier de Gracia, este es un espacio cerrado, por lo cual nos cuidamos mucho de no exceder el número de adultos presentes en la sala.
3)No disponemos de espacio suficiente para que los adultes estén en una zona separada a los peques a menos que reservéis el área de la ludoteca o terraza para este fin (costo extra). Es decir niñes y adultes estarán en el atelier. Al invitar adultes estos participan en el taller junto a sus hijos.
Al quedarse en la fiesta esperamos que les adultes contribuyan al desarrollo positivo de la actividad, participando con alegría e involucrándose en la misma, y especialmente modelando en el grupo el respeto al facilitador de la fiesta, escuchando con atención las instrucciones y disfrutando la actividad.

Our party for up to 12 children, two hours, costs €250. If you invite fewer children, the price does not vary.
We have options for private workshops or Little Box Parties that can fit you very well if it is a small group. The info is in the Arty Party section of this website

If you will bring decorations or need to prepare the table for the afternoon snack in advance, we can receive you in our Atelier 30 minutes before the scheduled time, and we can help you with whatever you need if we have already finished preparing the workshop.
Consider that before that time there may be some other activity and people in the space or we will be cleaning and preparing everything to make your party very cool. For this reason, it is not possible to ensure that you will be able to have the Atelier much earlier.
In any case, this can be discussed when confirming the Arty Party and depending on the day's agenda, provide you with options and indicate if they have any additional cost.
If you just want to leave things in the kitchen, this can be done without a problem. You just have to leave everything together in a box identified with your name. The date and time in which you can do this is previously agreed upon.
At the end of the party you, the host family, have time to collect all your things (in case you have brought a snack, etc.). If you have contracted the catering service with our supplier, they will take care of this logistics.
What we ask is that after the scheduled time no other families/children stay in the space, as we will need to start cleaning and preparing the Atelier for the next event.

If the party starts late, we will adjust the agenda as best as possible so that you can enjoy the workshop in the time you have reserved and end at the scheduled time. It is not possible to extend the activity without additional payment for this service.
If at the moment you decide to extend it, and we have the availability, with great pleasure you will be able to pay the cost of the extra time at the moment.

Once payment is received and the party has been confirmed, we will send you a digital invitation for your guests by email. It is a pre-established format that adapts to the information of your party.

The arty party is confirmed once 100% of the service payment is received
Once the workshop is reserved, we start its preparation, purchase of materials, reservation of the space, cancellation of other events of the day, everything to be 100% available for your visit.
Any change in date must be requested at least 10 days in advance and we will be able to move the date once. After this it will not be possible.
If it is necessary to cancel the party at the last minute due to COVID, it can be rescheduled to the closest possible date.
If after all efforts they decide not to hold the party, 10 days or less, before the agreed date, the payment made will not be refundable.
If the cancellation is notified more than 10 days in advance, an administrative fee of 50 euros will be charged and the remaining amount will be returned to the indicated bank account

Yes, we can have the party in our Atelier or in another space. We love outdoor parties. We have done parties in parks and even on the beach.
The cost of the party varies depending on the location and the characteristics of the party. You give us the details and we send you a budget for your outdoor party. As a reference, the cost will be higher than what you see on our website of the Arty Parties in the Atelier

If the party is reserved 30 days before the scheduled date, a down payment of 50% of the total cost of the service will be made, and the remaining 50% 15 days before the activity.
If the party is being reserved less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the party is paid for confirmation.

We have a very cool way of doing our workshops, and that magic is in all the proposals, but each workshop is different, and each party too. You tell us what kind of activities and what theme your party will have and we will design the process art activities that best fit what your little one wants.
