En el casal hay al menos 1 adulto cada 8 niños más un supervisor que apoya durante toda la jornada a las profesoras.

Nuestro equipo está conformado por profesionales de la educación, psicología o arte, tienen experiencia trabajando con niños y están formados en nuestro programa.

✓ Please note that we will have to charge a fee of 20 euros per half hour if you are more than 10 minutes late for the pick-up time.

✓ It is very important for everyone to respect these schedules. If you have any inconvenience to be on time, please write me in advance to manage it.

✓ Keep in mind that on the first day we will need some extra time to verify all your information and welcome your children.

✓ If your little one needs you to spend a few minutes with him / her, you will be welcome, you just have to follow the protocol of mask, hand washing and without shoes (one adult only). And I ask you to leave at 9:30 at the latest.

✓ Let us know in the morning if someone other than you will pick up your child. It is not possible for you to leave with another person if we have not previously received this authorization.

✓ Those over 6 years old must wear a mask while we are inside. On the terrace or parqye it will be possible to rest from it. We will follow the current and applicable regulations for schools on this aspect✓ Bring only a small backpack with all the items identified with the child's name. Please avoid bringing things that do not fit in the backpack

✓ We'll get dirty, please bring the little one with clothes that don't mind getting dirty (or damaged) and include a spare clothes in the backpack

✓ In summer we will do water games daily for which you will need a swimsuit, flip flops or anti-slip shoes, a towel and sunscreen

✓ You need sneakers (not worn on the street) to enter the atelier (Crocs type or thick socks). These can stay here all week

✓ Please do not bring: toys, valuables, electronic devices. We cannot be responsible for missing items.

Breakfast, Lunch or snacks are not included. They must bring it from home

We want the children to be well fed during the day, but we ask you to be practical and consider some things when deciding the menu of the day.

1. We will help the autonomy of our children to the extent that we make it easy for them to manage their backpack.

2. Pack the little one's food in a tupperware, preferably all in one container. Includes cutlery and napkin is the snack

3. If there are two or more children, pack a container for each one, not all together

4. Please do not bring glass Tupperware. It is common for them to fall and break

5. Clearly identify which is food and which is snack. It is very common to get confused

6. Place a portion suitable for their habits

7. Avoid food that needs to be eaten hot (we don't have a micro)

8. You will need a bottle for water. Here you can fill it during the day

For us it is important that the child is well cared for, typically in the camps we have a large group of children (15 children) and it is not possible for us to accompany the little ones as closely as we would like, that is why it is important that it be autonomous in their routines of personal care and feeding (changing clothes, putting on shoes, eating alone, going to the bathroom without help), if your 4-year-old kid is prepared to do all these routines without close supervision, then we can try to have him participate in activity. Likewise, if you come with your older sibling, this will certainly be beneficial.

If you are under 4 years old or have just turned 4, we prefer to wait a little longer to join us.

We speak Spanish and English. We plan so that certain activities during the day are in English, but our focus is not on the development or teaching of this language, but on bringing closer and familiarizing those who are beginning to learn it and, of course, making those who only speak English feel welcome.

We receive English-speaking families every week at the Casal, which enriches and facilitates the development of activities with the whole group in this language, and of course encourages those who are not native speakers to introduce themselves or use more English during the game .

When we have places available, we offer the option of coming punctually. We recommend this option especially for children over 6 years old or who have already participated in our activities.

In these cases you should keep in mind that the little one needs time to adapt to the routine and that this will vary depending on the child and that the number of projects that can be completed will depend on the plan of the day, many activities require more than one day of elaboration.

✓Our approach to children and their families is always based on love and respect, and we expect the same from the children in all our activities.

✓ In a space where children should feel safe to experiment, order and safety, both physical and emotional, are important. This is a place where we must take care of and respect the materials, the teachers and the classmates.

✓ These are our work premises, if for any reason we observe that the little one does not integrate these agreements or that for some reason they cannot adapt to the routine of the day and their behavior interferes with the normal development of the activity, I will call them to look for it (maximum in 1 hour). Please note that we cannot accompany a child exclusively for more than one hour.

✓ Our guides are professionals (psychologists or educators) and will manage the situation before contacting you.

Salimos al parque o subimos a la terraza de nuestro edificio al menos dos veces al día. Al salir identificamos a los niños con un chaleco naranja para identificarlos fácilmente.

Vamos caminando al Jardin del Maestro Balcells (Carrer de Sant Salvador, 73, 08024 Barcelona) y subimos a la terraza ubicado en nuestro edificio cuando queremos hacer juegos de agua o yoga al aire libre.

Estamos aproximadamente una hora al aire libre por turno, dependiendo de la temperatura y las necesidades del grupo.

Es importante los niños traigan gorras y usen protector solar

Los Casales o MiniCasales son actividades diseñadas para los niñes sin sus padres. Están a cargo de nuestros profesores en un ratio de máximo 1:10 niñes

Si es la primera vez que participa en la actividad y necesita que su madre/padre lo acompañe unos minutos, no hay ningún problema, pueden quedarse mientras el grupo termina de llegar (tipicamente a las 9:30am). Luego de ese tiempo necesitaremos comenzar sin otres adultes presentes.

En Little Makers trabajamos desde una mirada inclusiva y respetuosa de la infancia. Nuestro equipo está formado por talleristas con experiencia en educación, y algunos de ellos cuentan además con formación específica en atención a la diversidad y en el acompañamiento de niños y niñas con necesidades especiales. Esto nos permite atender, en muchos casos, a niños con neurodivergencias (TEA, TDAH, entre otros), siempre y cuando podamos garantizar su bienestar y el del grupo.

Sin embargo, es importante tener en cuenta que somos un centro de ocio educativo, no un centro terapéutico ni una institución especializada. Por ello, el tipo de atención que podemos ofrecer varía en función del grupo de cada semana, la proporción de niños/as con necesidades específicas, y las características particulares de cada caso. Sabemos con claridad cuántos niños/as con necesidades específicas podemos acompañar de forma segura y de calidad en cada grupo, sin comprometer su experiencia ni la del resto del grupo.

Por esta razón, pedimos encarecidamente que, al realizar la inscripción, nos informes si tu hijo/a presenta alguna necesidad específica de desarrollo que requiera adaptaciones o una atención individualizada. Esto no es en absoluto para excluir, sino para valorar juntos —a través de una entrevista telefónica previa— si nuestro programa es el entorno adecuado para él o ella en la semana en que desea participar. Creemos firmemente que todos los niños y niñas merecen disfrutar, aprender y sentirse acompañados, y solo podremos garantizarlo si conocemos de antemano sus necesidades.

Si esta información no se comparte en el momento de la inscripción y una vez iniciado el casal se presentan situaciones que no podamos atender de forma segura y respetuosa, nos reservamos el derecho de interrumpir la participación del niño/a en la actividad, siempre priorizando el cuidado y bienestar de todos los participantes.

When you sign up for the Casal, we ask you to report any allergies or conditions that we should be aware of, as well as the child's Health Card.

By methodology I always document all activities, which is why photos are an essential part of our activity. Additionally, I like being able to send photos to you so that you can see the process of your children during the day. If for any reason you prefer not to be photographed at all please tell me.

✓ Please do not share or post photos of other children. The photos of your children can use them freely

✓ We created a group on WhatsApp, only for parents of children from the camp. We will use this group to post photos throughout the day and let you know how the day went.

Política de reserva

• Una vez completada la inscripción, no se podrá cancelar y el importe abonado no será reembolsable.

• Si se realizó un pago inicial online en el momento de la reserva, o a través de transferencia bancaria o bizum, el importe restante deberá abonarse 15 días antes del inicio del curso. Te enviaremos un recordatorio por email para completar el pago. Este pago no será reembolsable en caso de cancelación.

• No es posible cambiar la fecha de la reserva sin una notificación formal por email con al menos 15 días laborables de antelación al inicio del curso. Esta notificación no garantiza la aceptación del cambio, ya que estará sujeta a la disponibilidad.

• En caso de cancelaciones con más de 15 días laborables de antelación será cobrado un fee administrativo del 10%

• Los descuentos son aplicables únicamente para familias residentes en España y no es posible aplicar un descuento conjuntamente con otra promoción.

• Cualquier descuento aplicado debe cumplir con la premisa de otorgamiento, si se solicitara algún cambio en la reserva que modifique la condición del descuento (horario, número de semanas, etc) el precio variará y se deberá pagar la diferencia correspondiente.

• Se requiere un número mínimo de participantes para que la actividad pueda llevarse a cabo. Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelarla con 10 días de antelación si no se alcanza el número necesario. En tal caso, se notificará por email y se procederá al reembolso.

• Si la actividad tuviera que ser suspendida por causas ajenas a nuestra voluntad (por ejemplo, restricciones legales, situaciones de seguridad pública), se reprogramará para la siguiente fecha disponible, y no se realizará ningún reembolso.
