FREQUENT QUESTIONS

For the Art Club you must always book in advance through our website. The single ticket is for 1 child + 1 adult, it is possible to purchase a ticket for a second adult, this is only available if there are enough seats and if the legally defined capacity allows it.
The priority these days is to have fewer adults in the room due to COVID, we know you understand us.

We work in stations with open and self-directed proposals, in each session the children explore painting, modeling, construction, tinkering, STEAM proposals. Every week the content is different.
The best way to explain it is in images. Visit our social networks to see photos and videos, everything we share are real images of our workshops in Barcelona, so you can have a good idea of what usually happens in our Atelier.

The Art Club is designed to be enjoyed as a family, but it is possible that children over 6 years of age may be alone when they have subscribed to a pack or have previously participated in our activities.
In the Casales and Mini Campus the children participate unaccompanied.
- 04
Children under the age of 6 always participate with a caregiver.
GOLDEN RULE: play safe. You have to be with your son all the time. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children during the session. To keep your child creative and comfortable, supervise from a close distance, but let them take the lead.

Hablamos castellano o inglés...pero creemos que los colores hablan todos los idiomas!. Esto nunca ha sido una barrera en nuestras actividades.

We have some rules to help us get the most out of the sessions. When you come to our classes, you agree to these rules.
All the materials we work with are carefully selected, non-toxic products designed for children, and we take care that each activity is age appropriate. However, children tend to put things in their mouths and may be allergic or react badly to some of the ingredients. It's up to you to choose which play stations and which materials are safe to use. Check with the session leader if you are unsure about any of the materials provided.
This is a session to feel and express yourself, your child will play with paint. Kids (and parents!) should wear something comfortable so they can freely experiment with the beautiful materials without fear of getting dirty. An old t-shirt is the perfect alternative.
Bring things to help your child wash up after the session (wipes, tissues, etc.) as these are not included in the workshop). Paint can stain depending on the type of fabric and when you wash it. Therefore, we insist on bringing exclusive clothing for this activity
When they are finished at a station, encourage your little one to put the materials and tools in the right place, ready for the next child and to make the room nice and safe for everyone. We must teach habits of fun and order.
We do something in each session to take home, please identify it with its name and take it home with you every week
In all activities we take photos and videos as part of the documentation of the process and also to share them on the social network and the My Little Van Gogh website. We always make respectful use of images and the focus is on your hands and the work you are doing. Let me know before the session starts if you prefer your child not to be in the documented material

Our Atelier has 70 m2, we can receive a maximum of 10 children to respect safety distances and be able to explore, create and get dirty in comfort.
This capacity is limited by the regulations in force at the time you visit us. Ask us if you have doubts.

Don't worry so much about age, this is merely a referential criterion to organize the groups and we will always adapt the proposals to the interests and age of the group of the day. Being small groups and due to our work methodology there will be no disadvantage for participating in one group or another.
The best thing is to try once and if we see that you would like to be in another group for future sessions we will tell you.

The tickets are valid only for the day and time you have selected. Once the registration is made, it is not exchangeable or refundable.
If you have a gift voucher, it is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Once the code has been entered to book a workshop, it is considered already used and it will not be possible to reschedule it.
To participate you must always buy your ticket on the web and present it on the day of the activity (on your mobile is fine).
If you know in advance that you will not attend, you can give your ticket to a friend and send us an email informing us of the change.
If you want to make a reservation the same day of the workshop or the night before, please contact us before to confirm the availability of the event via whatssap (687229594)
To carry out the class we need a minimum number of participants. We reserve the right to cancel the activity 24 hours before the start date in case of not having the complete group. We will notify you via email and the payment made will be refunded

In general, I can tell you that if the age difference between one and the other is up to 3 years, it will be easy to integrate them into the same group, I must insist that the age ranges that we assign to the groups is a mere referential criterion, we always We will adapt the proposals to the interests and age of the group of the day, this is the magic of the atelier!

If there are more than 2 siblings you can buy the Friends Pack (3 children) or buy a 6-session pack and use it twice.

Our recommendation for the group from 1 to 4 years of the Art Club is in general to wait for the little ones to walk autonomously and for their most acute oral phase to have passed, that is, for them to be able to control a little the impulse to get into things in the mouth
